Reflect
Where have I been?Look back with honesty. Recognize the moments, patterns, progress and lessons that deserve your attention.
Our approach
Design Your Year is a guided process for people who want to take a more intentional role in shaping their lives. It is not about controlling every outcome. It is about deciding what matters and giving those decisions room in real life.
The six-stage method
Each stage answers a different question. Together, they move from understanding your experience to making choices and returning to them as life unfolds.
Look back with honesty. Recognize the moments, patterns, progress and lessons that deserve your attention.
Take an honest look at your present reality, including what is working, what is difficult and what resources you can draw on.
Clarify what matters, who you are becoming and what would make the year meaningful.
Choose priorities, define outcomes and make deliberate decisions about what will and will not receive your attention.
Translate your decisions into practical actions, routines, support and a realistic first step.
Return to your intentions, notice what has changed and adjust with care.
The lens beneath the method
BE: Who am I becoming? Consider your values, identity, character and the capabilities you want to develop.
DO: What actions and practices support that direction? Consider the choices, habits and systems that make your intentions visible.
HAVE: What outcomes and experiences matter? Consider what you hope to create, enjoy, contribute or make possible.
These dimensions influence one another. They are not a formula for controlling every result. Circumstances, other people and chance remain part of life.
